Stuff.

You might ask yourself, "What the heck is stuff?" Well, my answer to that is simple: Stuff is everything. Stuff makes you happy or sad or even smiling. On the other hand, stuff can be hard, old, heavy, warm, liquid, new or even alive. Stuff is the most perfect name for things you can't describe. Instead of saying, "Oh my, there are many wheels, wrecked cars and old hula dolls around here," you can shorten it down to, "Lots'a stuff rite here." It's amazing... But remember, stuff is out to get you! >:D
